O vídeo está disponível em duas versões: a com cenário de prisão e a filmada no Brasil, que ainda tem a colaboração do grupo baiano Olodum. Este raro documentário foi exibido pela MTV na época.
The Making of They Don't Care About Us, video that Michael Jackson filmed on Pelorinho in Salvador-Bahia and in a slum of Rio de Janeiro (Complexo do Alemão). The video is avaible in two versions: with the prision set and the filmed in Brazil, that also have the colaboration of Olodum group. This rare documentary was showed on MTV on 1996.
